Dougherty has worked in the banking industry for the past 16 years.  He has been with Crown Bank for the past three years and primarily works with commercial real estate developers and investors on acquisition and construction financing in the greater Minneapolis-St. Paul area.

Bolen, who has been in the banking industry for 18 years, joined Crown Bank two years ago.  As Vice President of Retail Banking, Bolen oversees the front-line personal bankers, bank security as well as sells and services the bank’s cash management products and services.
