COVID-19 Updates
To our valued customers,
In these uncertain times, we want you to know we are here for you. While COVID-19 has dramatically changed how we go about our daily lives, our team at Crown Bank is available to discuss your questions or concerns and to help with any of your banking needs. In order to better protect our customers and employees, we are closing our lobbies and changing our business hours to 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, starting Monday, March 23. However, our bankers will be available to you by appointment.
Here’s a look at our options that will help meet your banking needs:
Online E-Banking/Mobile Banking: Check balances, view transactions, transfer money, pay bills, deposit checks via mobile check deposit and more. If you have not already, we encourage you to activate your online e-banking options. If you need help setting up your online bank account, call us at 952-285-5800.(external link)(external link) There are no fees for this service. For consumers, to request the ability to make mobile deposits please email your request to teller@crown-bank.com.
ATM: Crown Bank is part of the MoneyPass Network and you can access cash via the ATM if you have an ATM or Debit card. You will not be charged for using an ATM that is on the MoneyPass network. If you have any questions, you can access a direct link to the MoneyPass site by hovering over the banner and clicking on ATM Locations. From there you can click on the ATM Locations link half-way down the page. This will bring you to the MoneyPass website.
Deposits: For transactions involving cash please call 952-285-5800 (Edina) or 612-746-5050 (Minneapolis) to make arrangements for secure and safe cash handling. We request all other transactions be placed in our secure night deposit boxes located at each branch. Any items received in the night deposit after our posted business hours will be processed on the next business day.
Personal Appointments: Our bankers will still be available for in-person meetings. Call 952-285-5800 (Edina) or 612-746-5050 (Minneapolis) to make an appointment. If you need to schedule an in-person appointment, know that we have taken measures to keep you safe. From hand sanitizers to utilizing disinfecting wipes and sprays in all common areas. We are asking our employees and customers to follow procedures and guidelines as outlined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). (external link)(external link)
